Vérité filmmakers.

Documentary storytellers.

Your wedding day is more than a photo shoot.

This means we’ll spend far more time being hands-off, composing for moments as they happen…or as the French like to say, “Verite” for short. You’re around the people you love, and we’re content capturing the real joy you’re surrounded with.

Story is another matter. We chase it more than your typical videographer. We’ll interview your family, friends, and yourself to bring meaning to imagery.

After all, that’s our job.

So what does

finisterre mean?

Finisterre is Latin. If you know some Spanish, you’ll recognize two words squeezed into one: “fin” and “tierra,” essentially meaning the world’s end. Don’t worry, not in an apocalyptic sense of the word — it’s a real place. It’s where the Romans once stood in modern-day Spain. They looked across the vast Atlantic Ocean, and thought to themselves “is this the end of the road?”

For me, the place has personal significance. Finisterre is the unofficial end to the Camino de Santiago, which is a 500-mile pilgrimage across Northern Spain in commemoration of Saint James. The journey inspired me to study journalism and later pursue a career in video production.

So Finisterre Visuals is an ode to the majestic feeling of the unknown when you reach the end of the road, or complete something big in your life. Getting married is one of those unique experiences.
